Strange Issue With Nintendo switch not charging not and power on

I Buyed a Faulty nintendo switch from a friend , he say that wont charge anymore and not power on also said that when he plug into the dock the green light come up 1 time then goes off. I managed to replace the usb C Port which was broken , but still not charge or anything, the battery is deplated with a tester it shows a value under 3.7v ( i dont remember maybe was 2.7) managed to get up on .3.7 then i replugged the battery and drop down to 3.5v , but still not signs of power on im in holiday and when i’ll go home i try to switch the battery from a good one . The strange issue is that when i plug a low volt usb c charger ( not the original one) the (Orange Component) https://2.allegroimg.com/original/03fb0c... getting warm not so much like 34 celsius. any idea if the “ram” or cpu IDK is doing right or not ? and is the Battery dead ? Anyone had this problem?
