The whole left pad is hanging by the wires on the overhead part
My actual earpad is hanging by the two connecting wires to the head part of the headset. Where can I go roughly to get it fixed?

Most places don’t repair headsets. You can use super glue and glue the plastic back together. The 2 wires are your audio wires. If one breaks,you lose audio in that ear,and without the proper equipment for soldering,it will be very hard,especially for someone inexperienced,to solder the wires back together. Your best bet is rigging it yourself. Super glue is probably your best bet.
