Handset speaker doesn't work

I have replaced the screen (included speaker) and replaced the speaker. The speaker still doesn’t work. I have also replaced the headphone / charging port. The speaker was working before I replaced the screen. Got the screen from here. The speaker was not working before I replaced the headphone jack / charging port though. I replaced the speaker when replacing the headphone / charging ports, since I was already in there. Anyone have any ideas what to look at next?
