Replacement LCD No FRONT CAMERA DOES IT AFFECT THE REAR CAM?

It shouldn’t be affected, as the rear camera will be conencted via a different strip to the logic board. There are two possible reasons why your rear camera has stopped working:

1. The software/firmware for the camera only works with both cameras installed
2. The rear camera’s connection to the board has become loose

Obviously, the first scenario is unavoidable without the front facing camera. The second can be remedied by simply reseating the camera’s connector within the phone, which should be shown here on step 8.
