Can't align head printer on Canon MG7150

I have an Canon MG7150 printer with some printing trouble. The printing head looks to be misaligned. As you can see on the picture, the lines of the grid aren’t aligned.

I tried to do the auto alignment, the manual alignment and I also changed the printing head without any results.

Do you have an idea ?
