Actually authentication problem occurred at first when I accidentally connected an usb hand fan to my phone.

now the phone is charging very slow and discharging very fast.

I used normal soldering 40W gun to solder. I checked for grounding but it was fine.

will it might be problem of Trisar IC?

Change your question to include relevant details and not waste time. You killed tristar by plugging in a tristar killing fan. Then you misdiagnosed that to be bad battery and botched the battery replacement knocking off a row of small components. Now you want to know why it has rapid drain.

Double check your work because you may have shorted or damaged something along the way. If you used hot air, you may have caused some issues with the battery connector. Also check that the capacitors you replaced are not shorted to ground.

If you could post a picture, that would allow us to “see” the work done.

The picture is not very clear so I can't say more. The handfan part is something that should have been mentioned at the beginning as they are known to cause Tristar issues.
