Kawasaki Ninja 300 shutting off electrical while riding

2014 Ninja 300 abs.

It turns on normally, and accelerates as well when at iddle.

When riding, more especifically, when I accelerate, it cuts down the electricity, the panel shuts down and then turns on again.

If I keep the throtle at 1/4, it keeps running. If I am reducing, also, it keeps running without any electrical shut.

I have not used it often for the winter. Just once every 4 or 6 weeks.

What could that be?
