WF 3640 printing is off, it smudges and print is fading..

WF 3640 printing is off, it smudges and when it prints, half the typing is fading in spots and it looks unprofessional. I have aligned it, cleaned the printer heads, change ink cartridges and done all the maintenance suggested. Checked to make sure no paper was jammed and it jut prints terribly.
