Fridge is not working but the freezer is. Solved

My french door refrigerator with bottom freezer drawer is not working properly.

Freezer is working fine but the refrigerator isn’t cooling.

UPDATE:

I finally got the cover off the refrigerator coils and fan. It took two days of defrosting with the doors open, power off and a fan blowing into the unit. The coils were completely frozen. I’m guessing the doors had been left ajar for quite some time.

The hardest part of the whole process was getting the drain tube open from all the ice in it. I kept pouring boiling water into the drain which finally opened up.

Good news is that the fridge is now functioning properly. It is now cooling and maintaining a steady temp of 34 degrees.
