I was normally using the Mac mini with an external HDMI to VGA monitor then suddenly the monitor started showing vertical lines. On a restart it showed Green Apple logo and then permanent white screen without login screen. I have backed up all my data to external USB by booting in User mode so the internal HDD is working properly. I think the graphics card has failed. What are my options other than replacing the logic board?

Thanks a lot for your suggestion. Gfx is an App, how do I run and configure the app to turn off integrated graphics when the MAC does not boot. Is there any tutorial to turn it off in user mode?
I have to install it using another Mac and then set it, and then put it in the defective machine.

that describe moving the kext files for AMD GPUs to another folder so that the system defaults to the Intel GPU. But without access to Recovery mode so that you can switch off SIP using csrutil disable, I’m finding that I get the ‘operation not permitted’ message and the files don’t move.
Anyone know how to get around that?
@clumhor - You'll need to use a second Mac system via Target Disk Mode to gain access to the Mini's HD to delete the KEXT files for the dedicated GPU.
@Dan - I had (finally) worked out that this might be possible, so thanks for confirming! Strange that other threads on other forums suggest some people have been able to move the kext files in single user mode without being able to access Terminal to disable SIP. Will try hooking my Mac Mini up to my MBP and move the kext files that way. Will report in if that works - or if it doesn’t.
