Why does my headphone's keep on turning off

My headphones keep on turning off at the slightest touch when turned off…if I plug them in they work for a little..I charge them up all night but still won't work

My jbl 450bt is not connected to my phone and it's want to pair code… like usually 0000 or 1234.
