Blackout of Note 4 screen when replaced

Just took apart my Note 4. Replaced the motherboard. Was very careful taking it all apart. But when I put it back together the screen is almost all black pixels. I can see some icons and the touch screen works. Tried reconnecting screen cables many times seating them very well but still the same problem with the screen. See photos of screen.
