Caps lock light not turning on.

I recently replaced my keyboard. Everything seems to be working great EXCEPT for when I push ‘CAPS LOCK’, my light does not come on. The typing will switch to all CAPS, as it should, just no light.

Did I forget to connect a wire? Do I have a faulty keyboard?
