Why is my iPhone 7 taking forever to turn on?
I currently bought a used iPhone with a cracked screen but I realized that when I turn on the device it takes longer than an iPhone 5 to turn on, why could this be?

If for “long” you mean minutes it could easily be the audio chip failure that happens when phone has been bent or badly hit. It would require a microsoldering repair to get fixed.

mine is doing the same i recently smashed it really bad and it takes hours to turn back on and the screen has all these little vertical grey lines and for some reason the whole screen has a weird vignette effect what could this be ?

It may have be due to overheating if it was laying in the sun for 30mins.
or its time for a hard reset/ after backing up daily used apps to the cloud.

Already tried it but nothing changed, it continues to be slow
