How can I access/change my parking brake cable on a ´10 forte koup?

I was wondering if i was forced to absolutely remove the seats and the floor carpeting to access my parking brake cable. At first i taught that the problem was in the drum brake shoe, but then i realised everything was fine. And i dont want to hit on my hub by removing the shoe cause it’ll probably hit my wheel bearing.
