Why won’t my camera turn on?

I just got a mini 9 Polaroid camera for my birthday and it came with batteries so i put the film and batteries in the way the instructions said too and I watched many YouTube videos but when I press the on button it won’t light up! Plz give me advice

When you say the "on" button, you're referring to the button next to the lens that pops the lens out, right? That's the actual power switch.

Otherwise, the first thing I would try would be different batteries.

The batteries could have gone bad. Try a new set of them to see if it works. They use 2 AA Batteries.
