No charge, but works fine with externally charged battery

Okay so I have a switch, that works fine when I externally charge the battery, but doesnt charge when hooked up to the ac adapter or my s10 charger. I'm getting 0.08amps when trying to charge. The switch shows its charging when plugged in, but the battery doesnt charge. Any suggestions? I've checked USB c port, looks okay. And I've checked usb c port fuse which is also okay. There are no shorted caps around the charge chip ic. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
