will not power on.
Will not show any life except the little green button on the backside will go on but absolutely nothing else,
the computer is a HP Pavilion a6200n is it worth trying to fix?

From what you described it sounds like it's more than likely hardware related. You could take it somewhere for an estimate on repairing it but if they quote you a couple hundred or more you're better off getting a new one as you can get one from Best buy for around the same or not much more than that.

It's refurbished but I have a refurbished one I got from Best buy like 5 years ago that's still going strong.
