Original RCA TV remote does not work

My RCA TV RTU6049 original remote doesnt work since coming back from dealer for backlight TV repairs and now I'm out of warranty.

The original remote sensor was tested with my camera phone so I know it works but no impact to TV.

My cable remote works ok with TV, power and volume so I believe TV IR sensor is ok.

Is there a way I can reprogramm the original(stock) remote?
