1 Hotpoint dishwasher pumping air between cycles
My hotpoint dishwasher is pumping air for 30-60 seconds in between cycles (drains, pumps air, then fills). If I turn the dial one click it starts to fill. The motor and fill valve were replaced and then it started. I replaced the timer and it didn’t fix it. I’m not sure what to try next.
@musicalbehr what do you mean it pumps air? Can you elaborate on that?

It’s a HDA2000G02CC. Basically at the beginning of the cycle it starts to run before it fills. So at the end of one cycle it drains completely and then starts to run again without water. Turning the dial one click gets it to fill. Once it fills everything works properly - it’s hot and filled with the right amount of water. @jayeff @oldturkey03
