You’ll need to get someone to fix your logic board. The backlight driver logic tends to breakdown with age.

Can I fix it by myself? There is so hard to fix it or not? Thanks!

This is beyond what a DIY can do. You need to be able to use a DVM, read schematics, have micro-soldering skills and lastly access to the needed parts.

I already went to a shop in yesterday, and try to repair this macbook, but the shop also can not catch out the problem

Likely they don't fix to many MacBook Pro's ;-{

You'll need to find someone else who knows how to fix your system. The other option would be to replace the logic board MacBook Unibody (A1278) 2 GHz Logic Board but I think thats over kill when $10 of parts is all thats needed to fix yours.

@danj Considering the market price for that Mac nowadays, even for an affordable logic board repair the OP would need to find a veeeery simpathetic technician ;)

Jsut replace the display unit. It’s hard enough removing the display, plus it’s near impossible to remove the screen from the casing/switch backlights.

Good luck!

@jewel_g - The issue is not within the display assembly. That would be a costly dead-end.
