TV turns on, but the screen stays black?
TV turns on, smart tv logo comes on, then screen goes black, no sound and no picture, but the power is on. What shall I do?

Try pulling the power plug off for a couple of minutes

I tried this, also did a reset using remote. Nothing. I can see the homepage for a split second, then- nothing.
I think you just need to find or choose the right input. (i.e. hdmi 1, hdmi 2, etc.)
If nothing of "simple things" functions (power down for some minutes, change input, etc) you could try to update the firmware of your TV.
First go to the website of the seller and check if there is an updated version of the firmware. If so, follow the instructions to update it.
For my tv, i had to put the firmware file in a USB stick, plug it into the TV and then reboot the tv.
