Need repair on my Sony ProWalkman D6C

30 year original owner, Sony Pro Walkman D6C. Replaced all the rubber last year, ran fine. Now the take-up reel clutch is out (tape piles up around the pinch roller.) Any suggestions or links to a repair person or iFixit type directions.
