Sanyo FW32D06F is BAZAFQG0201 replacement for FW32D08F compatible?

My 2 year old Sanyo FW32D06F TV fried the main board. The Sanyo FW32D08F uses the same part number BAZAFQG0201 main board. Looks compatible (although you would might need to run it at the default refresh rate of 60HZ).

I hate to throw away the old TV since the panel was working fine and is practically new. The 08F version of this TV has a reflash option and better interpolation functionality down to 720p which is why I ask.
