Why does my DELL laptop take time to load anything.
I can't go to any other programs and an antivirus (Avast Antivirus) says “You're in danger" but it can't help. It's frustrating that it won't let me go on settings

I’m not an expert, but it sounds like you are the victim of malware infestation. If you can’t clean it up, you have several options. Take it to someone who can ($$); reinstall the operating system and up to date antivirus software; or, install any distribution of Linux instead and don’t worry about malware anymore.
