SNES doesn't have color when using S-Video

My SNES shows color fine when using Composite, but when I use S-Video it only shows black & white. S-Video used to work fine on this SNES, and this cable works fine on my GameCube and N64. I have tried what the other SNES doesn’t have color questions on here recommended, but that didn’t work (their SNES didn’t have color on any output, mine only doesn’t have color on S-Video).

I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix this, thanks in advance! ^_^
