Nespresso touch machine doesn't make frothing milk

Hi :)

I bought Nespresso machine and I got machine today.

I tries to use Nespresso Touch and when I plugged to the wall it smells like burning in the machine but it was fine after second so I tried to use milk frothing and it worked at first time and now it’s not working. ;(

Help me to solve this problem please.

All button blink for ten second and it turned off automatically, on the manual machine need service and get the machine to Nespresso Club.

I need help…
