Left and Right arrow not working L3 + (p04) and (p05) on DS Lite

Left and Right arrow not working (L3 and p04) and (L3 and p05) (not reading any measurement) (L3 is on the back of p0 keys)

Down and Up arrow (L3 and 'p06 / L3 and 'p07) read around 470 when i measure them

Any condensator broken ?

Why (L3 and p04 and p05) are not reading any measurement.

Also c97, c13 and c14 give no measurement reading on p04 or p05

What should i check for ? or replace ?
