Screen glitches, external display works

Hi,

I’ve had bars and glitches appear on my MacBook Pro 2017 13” Touch Bar.

They are seemingly out of the blue.

The screen went back to normal at certain angles for a little while, but now they appear at every angle.

It isn’t a software issue, I’ve reset the SMC, NVRAM, etc

Even the OS with Apple Support but still nothing.

An external monitor works fine, so I don’t think its a graphics issue either.

The laptop is out of warranty and my local Apple Store reseller has quoted £500 to replace the entire screen (they haven’t looked at it).

In my opinion I think it may be a display cable or something, so I am looking to replace it myself.
