Why is it that my network signal is not working?

My phone never got soaked under water but my signal bar is zero and i tried switching my sim to other phones and it still works, i tried googling how to fix it and did all their suggestions but it cannot seem to repair it. I also tried going to the vivo customer service center but they ask as much as half the price of my phone just to repair it. Please help! :(
