Installed new battery and it will not charge past 13%
I purchased a new battery form I Fix it and it will not charge past 13%. Did I do something wrong or is it a bad battery?

I would recommend trying to charge the battery over a whole night and don’t unplug it at all in that time frame. New batteries need to be properly calibrated before the displayed battery level becomes accurate. This is so the phone know’s where the batteries max capacity is at so it can display more accurate charge amounts. Hope this helps!
