Low Beams don't work, High beams do on 2006 Dodge Ram 1500?

i tried to change the bulb that wasn’t the issue. check and changed the headline switch in the cab and still didn’t function and checked the wired them self for any issue and nothing found. it doesn’t have a relay or fuse that is swap-able. my only other option i have is to buy a new TIPM (fuse box) [and it only has one of them] is that is approximately $1000+/- that i don’t want to spend. anyone have a solution for this problem or has the same problem.
