Horizontal line trough all screen + screen shaking intermitent

Hi, I am trying to figure out if the problem is the mainboard or the panel itself.

The lines are one pixel wide, the screen image seem to “shake" for like 2 second , every 5 second.( only the 2/3part from bottom)

If I unplug one of the 2 tcon cable, the half that isnt plugged become white and the line dissapear on that side.

Meanwhile the other side become random colors per pixel

Also theres no apparent damage on the 6 ribbon from the panel or all the area around it after I looked with a lamp
