Stuck on First Boot, can't pass it (I'm not removing the battery)

As title says, when I boot the PCB it starts the first boot with name, date, hour, color, birthday and then it asks to rebooot. When I turn it on again, the tutorial/first boot happens AGAIN, which it shouldn’t. I should read the “warning” screen (about epilepsy idk) and then be able to see the DS menu. I checked F1 and F2 and they are correct, Battery switched same problem. I’m clueless. Any help would be appreciated. Oh also, some consoles when turning on, the led green flashes then it turns it off completely. Any idea about whats this? Thanks to all.
