Why my freezes and shows process isn't responding after making a call

After replacement of my touch screen my phone doesn't shows incoming calls shows them in missed calls after the call has been ended.. It doesn't play any kind of audio or video in any app..If we make a call phone hangs and shows process isn't responding!
