Xbox One S won't play any games

Picked up this box, for $40 with this issue and it seems that it is the case. I have did resets, changed accounts, tried energy saving bootup, uninstalled and reinstalled games, moved to an external drive, replaced hard drives, switched laser mechanism(I have another console, that I’m working on), tried downloaded game, cleared game data and it still doesn’t play any games. Game splash screen shows, and after a few seconds, just pops back to the dashboard.

I have also tried some of the Youtube tricks, to hold the disk for a while, then let it go, into the drive, hold the console at 45 degree. None of these tricks worked.

The disk drive seems like it’s working great, recognizes the game, I can download and install it, it updates the game.

A Blu Ray movie, plays as it should.

This is a weird one, I really need some help.

The other console it was dropped, it was overheating, it was an easy fix. Chassis was bent, straightened as best that I could, reinstalled the heatsink/fan assembly and it works great.
