continuous ejecting sound after optical drive replaced

I had a common issue “unrecognized disk” with my ps4, so I decided to replace the optical drive.

After that, I put my CD and everything works fine, now the ps4 read the CD but when I remove the disk the ps4 doesn't stop to eject the disk. After a a few second it stop but I can't put the CD inside.
