GE Dishwasher not heating.

My GE dishwasher model gdf510psj0ss is not heating. The diagnostic does not return any error codes. I replaced the heating element And the symptoms didn’t go away. I then pulled the thermostat and tested the resistance with a multimeter. It tested good at 0 ohms. I’m not sure where to go from here. Should I assume the main control board is not functioning?
