iPod kann SD-Karte nicht formatieren (iFlash)

Habe die Festplatte gegen einen iFlash Solo getauscht. Einmal funktionierte es, allerdings nicht mehr als ich die Batterie gegen eine neue austauschte (habe bereits versucht mit der alten die Wiederherstellung zu machen, funktionierte ebenfalls nicht. Der iPod lässt sich nicht wiederherstellen (habe es mit mehreren SD Karten und Hdd Kabeln versucht/ITunes error 1416 bzw unter Windows 1415). Kann dazu absolut nichts finden. Habe auch schon eine eventuelle Lösung aus dem englischen Forum hier probiert (Formatierung via Diskutility), die allerdings auch keinen Erfolg brachte. Das gleiche Ergebnis bei Diskpart unter Windows. Der iPod Updater sowie GParted brachten ebenfalls keinen Erfolg. Aufgefallen ist mir, dass der iPod die SD Karte bei Diskutility teilweise als Disk3 anzeigt (dabei freezed der iPod bei der Wiederherstellung), aber manchmal auch als Disk2, dann freezed er nicht, allerdings bleibt das Ergebnis gleich negativ. Leider habe ich auch kein Image der alten Festplatte von dem ich wiederherstellen könnte. Langsam weiß ich nicht mehr weiter. Eventuell hatte jemand bereits ein ähnliches Problem. Danke vorab
