Side, clock, and V12 charger not working properly

So when I turn on my car in the morning when there is light out my clock and the charging cig lighter don’t turn on there is no power running to it, but when I flip the manual switch to turn the lights on they turn on they also turn on at night when the light switch automatically turn on for the night light but other then that it stays off. I search trough this and they mention it can be the fuce but I checked it and it was good so I don’t know what could be causing it. They say that with the fuse the clock, Cig, and radio should not work but it seams that only the radio works and the other 2 things don’t (my radio is after market). What can it be any ideas?
