iPhone 6 screen won't turn on or connect to computer.
The History:
My phone has been having battery issues and screen issues for a while. It would get very hot when I used it or charged it, but especially when I used it. The battery life was terrible and didn’t last long. I’ve done quite a few repairs before so I replaced the front screen assembly, the battery, and the rear camera lens (which was cracked as well). the phone was working great. Then two days ago, someone dropped it and it cracked again. (Sighs, oh well, the non-cracked screen was great while it lasted.) The crack wasn’t bad at all and i don’t think its the cause of the problem but it could be.
The problem:
Last night, I placed the phone of the charger, before going to bed. ( I do not use a apple original cord. I do use an original AV wall adapter but the cord is an off brand ) I heard it make the sound that it makes when it connects a few times but I was too lazy to get up and go put it on the iPad charger. :/ (I have had somewhat of an issue before with the phone connecting to the charger properly. I only ever had issues if it was charging the phone after it had died. It would restart and then die again, restart and die again, ect. I usually put it on the apple original charger that I have and it doesn’t have a problem. ) I heard the sound three times and then fell asleep. When I woke up this morning, the phone wouldn’t turn on at all. I’ve tried all the normal fixes. I’ve tried holding down both the home button and the on/off button. I tried connecting it to several different cables and wall adapters and my mac laptop. When connecting it to the laptop, it doesn’t show up and i receive the message, “Could not connect to ‘APEndpointAggregate’ “ I’m not really sure what to do next. Any help is greatly appreciated.
