Cat pucked into the fan, we let it dry overnight and it turns on but there is no sound at all except through the head sets. What do I do?

Well, the acid from the cat puke might have already corroded some essential parts on your Motherboard. I would open up the Xbox as soon as possible and clean every square inch of it with <90% Isopropyl Alcohol. Thats your only chance (it is slim that it will even work again) to get the Xbox working again properly.
