Washer just stops seconds into cycles
Dear all,
So this is my issue: w/WW60J32LW Samsung
front facing washing machine used to work fine and is brand new besides being a 2010 model. Wash cycle starts and sends water in, drum goes around just fine a few times, second water starts rushing in and the machine just stops…and you hear two separate “clicks” from the back of the machine or see the valve jerk back a bit (water valve)…it does not pause but just stops…you can however press pause and unpause and it will continue where it left off but stops again after again drum goes a few times, water starts flowing in and all of a sudden…”stops”…
we have calibrated it, the door lock stays on red and door has no issues…it is on level ground and we have the cleaning of the filter and emptying of water with emergency valve near it also…NOTHING works. So, it seems this is the case for all programmed cycles on the machines. Sometimes even the minutes change from 11 back to 12. Again, you start it, water flows in, drum rolls a bit then water starts again and abruptly just stops - the machine still blinks as if it is in wash mode but nothing happens, … if I wait for like 8-12 min it will start again but again only for a few seconds HELP.

@jayjay506 double check your model number for us. Anyhow, this could be an issue with the water inlet valve, the control board or the water level sensor. Once we know for sure what model this is we cn most likely offer more information regarding the diagnostics etc,.
