I dropped my phone, and after that it glitched and half of my screen was covered with it. It was also unresponsive. I soon noticed that slowly where my cracks from before were turning all blue. I slept on it and by morning, It was completely black with a few glitchy looking patterns. I have no idea what to do, and scared that nothing will work!!

Hi there, it seems like your LCD and digitiser assembly is broken and needs to be replaced. iFixit has a repair guide for this: 替换一加3损坏的屏幕
You could source a screen online for a reasonable price and try to install it yourself, alternatively, you can contact your local phone repair shops for a quote or further guidance.
