When I call out people can't hear me I can hear them

Try using the earphones with the microphone attachment or use the phone in speakerphone mode when making or receiving a call.

If you still cannot be heard by the other person then there is a problem with the voice transmission circuits in the phone.

If you can be heard OK by the other person then the phone’s internal microphone is either faulty, it has become loose from the systemboard or perhaps the voice inlet hole, located on the bottom edge of the phone, is blocked with lint etc.

To check out this last possibility, use a strong light and a magnifying glass to inspect the voice inlet hole to see if it is blocked.

If it is (or even if you can’t tell), DO NOT use a pin or probe to clear the obstruction as you may damage the microphone which is located directly behind the hole. Use a vacuum cleaner instead, to try and clear the obstruction.

If it still doesn’t work after this then the phone will have to be opened and inspected as to the cause of the problem
