Quiet Partner II - Start button is lit but does not Start or Cancel

So, all the correct lights are on but won’t start.

If I reset it, it will start after closing the door.

For the moment, I use the reset to get it to work, but annoying.

Note, I checked the thermal fuse and interlock switches. All good.

Any ideas?
