Bootloop and phone doesn't vibrate after screen replacement

Before the screen replacement everything worked. After i replaced the screen when i turn on the phone the apple logo boot loops a couple times before it goes to the home screen (10-15mins). Also a error comes up saying home button needs service and assistive touch appears. Home button scans my finger(touch id) but doesn’t work or vibrate when i click it. Also the rest of the phone doesn’t vibrate (side switch and vibrate on ring)…..

I have done a force restart and restored it on DFU mode in itunes

I did have the vibrate and home button working at one point but then randomly stopped. I unscrewed the home button screws slightly and it was working then suddenly stopped when screen was put on.
