I’m upgrading the NAND in an iphone SE, but I don’t have the device needed to program in the serial number. Is there a place online that sells NAND chips pre-programmed? (you send them the serial number, they do the work).

You should check out VIPProgramming. They offer the service but I don’t see a specific iPhone SE NAND IC. You should contact them to find out which IC would be compatible
