2004 Ram 1500 running lights and low beam headlights don't work.

My running lights stopped working about 2 years ago. I checked fuses, replaced bulbs and checked wiring, nothing was bad. I took it to the dealership, cost me $160.00 to be told I needed a new front control module. Spent $375.00 on a new FCM and they still don’t work. Then after I put the new FCM in my low beams stopped working. Can someone please give me an idea on what to do now? I’m tired of getting pulled over or trying to rush home from work before it gets dark.
