Why is my MacBook battery condition so poor after recently replaced?

I have a MacBook (13-inch, Aluminum, Late 2008) I got the battery replaced around 1month ago and when you click on the percentage the battery condition shows service battery, it only has 29 cycles. Anyone know why the condition is so poor even though the battery was replaced recently and has a low number of cycles. This is the battery information from the system report.

Who’s battery did you get?

I would review this Apple T/N Apple Portables: Troubleshooting MagSafe adapters. Make sure you're using the correct charger and the MagSafe chargers cable and connector are in good shape, also check the systems connector too.

The brand of the battery is RoHs, it was never used.

@ronaldofrity Rohs just indicates compliance to a directive about dangerous goods (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Restrictio...)

If full charge capacity is 1441mAh as indicated, it is a faulty battery that needs replacement. Even an iPhone's default battery capacity is above that.

It used to be in good condition but became in such poor condition in less than 30 days. Any reason why it might have died down so fast.

Where did you buy it?

You need to get a replacement. Otherwise you'll need to buy another, this is a defective battery.
